1. The service

DCam (the "App") is a creator camera for iPhone: front-and-back dual camera recording, picture-in-picture and split-screen layouts, teleprompter, floating camera with screen narration, media narration, scene presets, watermarks and a local library. The App is provided by Ganzhou Xiaomai Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Account

• Shooting, editing and the library do not require an account.
• Buying or restoring a membership requires signing in with Apple. Your account is identified by the identifier Apple assigns to you for this App.
• You can sign out or delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. Deleting your account removes your account and membership records from our server; purchases stay attached to your Apple ID and can be restored by signing in again with the same Apple ID.

3. Your content

• Everything you record or import stays yours. We claim no rights to your videos, photos or scripts, and we never receive them: they stay on your device unless you export or share them.
• You are responsible for what you record. Do not record people, places, screens or content where doing so is unlawful or violates someone else's rights, and comply with any consent requirements that apply where you are.
• The on-site watermark burns the time, place and heading into your footage at capture time. It is a convenience, not a certified or tamper-proof record, and we make no claim that watermarked footage constitutes legal evidence.

4. Membership, payment and refunds

• The free version exports videos of up to 30 seconds with a DCam watermark. Membership removes the length limit and the watermark and unlocks the immersive player.
• Membership is sold as weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App and on the App Store in your local currency.
• Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
• Membership status is verified with Apple. If a purchase cannot be verified immediately, the App retries automatically; use "Restore Purchases" if your membership does not appear.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the App, interfere with its servers, attempt to obtain membership without paying, or use the App to break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, built-in filters, stickers and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

• The App is provided "as is". Features that depend on your device's hardware or on iOS (dual camera, background removal, speech recognition, floating camera) may be unavailable on some devices or perform differently across models.
• Speech recognition and the teleprompter's automatic scrolling are best-effort and may be inaccurate.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost recordings, indirect or consequential damages. Back up your works by exporting them.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the App and these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the App. You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are submitted to the competent court in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, China. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your place of residence.
